arrival and departure

On the day of departure, we will make the room available to you until 10:00 a.m., but we ask for your understanding that the room cannot usually be occupied before 3:00 p.m.

 

Pets can only be accommodated in our house upon request.

 

 

down payment

For a firm reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% per room into our account. We will be happy to give you the exact bank details when you make a firm reservation. The reservation is only valid after the deposit has been paid!

 

 

cancellation

Free of charge up to 3 months before arrival

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price of the stay

• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price of the stay

• 1 week before arrival 90% of the total price of the stay
